We: Net Marketing

Net Marketing reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by our staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of our services.

Accounts are to be used by the primary customer only and customers are not expected to resell, store or provide their own web-hosting services using website facilities provided to them by Net Marketing to any other separate third parties. The customer will only be allowed one login, unless specified otherwise.

Net Marketing take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities, we will suspend service on accounts or servers, until any illegal data is removed.

The customer will fully indemnify Net Marketing against liability (of any nature), which may befall us as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.

Net Marketing is not responsible for any interruption of service and makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the services that we provide. We accept no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss and disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of Net Marketing services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on Net Marketing abilities to serve its customers. Inappropriate or unreasonable includes:-

  • Providing copyrighted and pirated software materials without authorisation.
  • Providing obscene, lewd or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials - the definition of which is determined by our staff)
  • Providing materials whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of our servers to serve other users' web presence (instances include but are not limited to: unreasonable consumption of disk space, Internet link bandwidth, CPU, and memory usage, as determined by our staff)
  • Providing materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet including emulators and programs to assist in hacking, password cracking, phreaking, IP spoofing and similar activities, including external links to such information.

  • Providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not Net Marketing.

    • Any accounts that cause Net Marketing's servers to be attacked in any way will be terminated without a refund.

    Net Marketing reserves the right to change the prices of any service that we offer and to cancel such service at any time. All accounts provided will incur a monthly hosting and maintenance charge and any work requested from the company will incur a non-refundable fee, usually payable in advance. We do not provide refunds in any circumstances. Net Marketing also reserve to right to levy a late payment supplement of 5% of the outstanding amount for every month or part of a month for which payments remain outstanding beyond an initial 60 day period.

    Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account will be closed immediately if you are found to be doing so.
